Google-rific!

Google has something new - Desktop Google. It allows you to search for stuff on your PC. The program indexes Outlook mail, your documents, and even websites you have visited recently (so you can view them later without being online). Ain't that sound cool?!?

One problem - only available for Windows 2002 (service pack 3) and Windows XP. Well, it is pretty cool anyway. Plus, since it is a product of Google we know it must be good.

* Do not use google desktop at work
* Do not use google desktop on a shared pc
* Google desktop doesn't play well with firewalls
* Google desktop doesn't play well with anti-virus software
* Google desktop will consume heafty system resources
* Google desktop may interrupt access to some web sites

Basically it's very cool, but very very beta. For now, use at your own risk.
